The most difficult often seems to begin. Do you want to create a participatory story, but don't know where to start?
Why not start with one or yourself?
Who do you remember?
It may be the grandmother herself, or an older neighbor, some historical character from the place where she lives, or where she comes from ...
Talk to the older people, and record absolutely everything.
There are and will always be gaps, but this should not stop you from moving forward with what you have.
Historiography is like a puzzle, and at the moment it is not about creating an image, or even a complete vision, but collecting as much data as possible.
